Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please contact us within 4 days of delivery through our Contact Us page.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.
- The product must not be damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.
- A clear unboxing video may be required for verification, especially in cases involving damage, defects, or incorrect items.
Return & Refund Process

- A clear unboxing video, if applicable
- A brief explanation of the reason for your return
Step 2 – Return the Product
Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the product to our return address:

Please note: The responsibility for safely sending the returned parcel to us lies with the customer. The product must reach us safely and in its original condition for the return to be approved.
Step 3 – Inspection
Once we receive the returned parcel, our team will carefully inspect the product to verify its condition.
If the product is returned in acceptable condition and there is no issue caused by the customer, your return will be approved.
Step 4 – Refund
Once your return has been approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–8 business days.

Non-Eligible Returns
